Home Organizing Pricing:
Peak Organizing offers packaged organizing sessions in 1.5, 3, or 6 hour blocks. For multi-room or special organizing services (estate, moving, etc), a custom estimate will be created for you based on the scope of the project. Prior to any first-time organizing session, an in-home 30 minute consultation session is recommended to review the scope of the project and the needs of the customer and spaces to be organized/decluttered.
Initial Call and Informational Interview: No Charge
At this stage, we are both figuring out if we are a good fit for each other. If you are going to trust us with your family’s home ,we want you to feel confident about working with us.
30-Minute Onsite Evaluation + Estimate: $35
For residential homes looking to have one or multiple rooms organized, this 30-minute onsite evaluation helps to determine the scope of the project.
Estates - Onsite Evaluation + Estimate: $240
When we decide to go forward with the Onsite Evaluation + Estimate, we require a $240 non-refundable deposit. We put time, energy, and great care into creating a proposal and estimate specific to your needs.
Estates - Starting Logistics and Prep: 50% of estimated services and supplies due.
When we enter into contract together, a 50% deposit on estimated services and supplies is required. Your $240 deposit is credited toward this.
We work on both residential and estate projects on an hourly basis with a set rate:
One person (me): $65/hr
Two-person team: $105/hr
Fee Schedule:
Residential - Fees are due at completion of project
Estate: Remainder of fees are due at completion of project
